Job summary

Sun and Sage ABA in Española, NM seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA support for children with autism under supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, behavior analysis, and family collaboration in a warm, compliant environment.

Part-time with growth opportunities into full-time; training and mentorship are offered to help you advance toward BCBA supervision and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
• ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
• Comfortable working weekday mornings/afternoons

Responsibilities

Type: Part-time with the option to grow into full-time
Compensation: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification status)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 8 AM and 3 PM

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Española, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:
