Job summary

Sun and Sage ABA in Santa Fe, NM seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA support to children, guided by a supervising BCBA. This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 11 AM, with potential to grow toward full-time.

You may be an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare; paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment are offered.

Competitive pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour, plus PTO, sick leave, and pay increases after 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
• ABA or childcare experience welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
• Comfortable working weekday mornings 9am-11am

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
• Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
• Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
• Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA
