Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client with autism in Edison, NJ. The role offers a flexible schedule and focuses on data-driven sessions conducted after school hours.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred. Travel and weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong data tracking and documentation skills preferred.
• Excellent communication with BCBA and team members desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
