Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Clinton, NJ. You will work with BCBAs and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs.

You will implement interventions, collect data, and support clients in homes, clinics, and schools, while enjoying ongoing supervision and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA-based interventions as designed by supervisors.
• Ability to collect and record client data accurately.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing staff training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as designed by BCBAs to support client goals.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for supervision and planning.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with BCBAs and other professionals to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and strategies, collecting and recording data, and providing feedback to BCBAs and families. Your main goal will be to support the growth and development of our clients, promoting meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies, as designed by BCBAs, to support clients in achieving their goals
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, providing feedback to BCBAs and families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide support and reinforcement to clients in various settings, including homes, clinics, and schools
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, data collection, and service delivery
• Participate in ongoing staff training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
