Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Behavior Tech for in-home sessions with children aged 1–12. You will work closely with BCBA supervision and gain hands-on experience delivering ABA in real-life sessions.

No formal experience required; training is provided. Competitive pay up to $27/hr, flexible hours including part-time and Saturdays, and mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.

Qualifications

• 60 college units completed
• At least 6 months of experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid)
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (ages all)
• California Driver's License or access to reliable insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions in homes with children aged 1–12.
• Track progress and document session details for each family.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily moments.
