Caregiver Inc. in Texas is seeking a Behavior Support Provider to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for adults with IDD.

The role requires licensure in TX (LPC, LPC-Associate, or LCSW) or BCBA, and direct client work in our programs. You will collaborate with treatment teams, ensure HHSC-compliant practices, and contribute to a supportive, values-driven workplace that emphasizes dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education from an accredited university.
• License to practice in Texas as LPC, LPC-Associate, or LCSW.
• Supervision available for LPC-Associates at no additional cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans compliant with HHSC guidelines and codes.
• Provide ongoing in-services and education to staff on behavioral supports and functional behavioral assessment.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and write reports and plans including observations and monitoring.
• Track hours of contact and ensure notes meet State and Federal billing guidelines.
