Job summary

Nestvillage LLC seeks a qualified Behavior Support Specialist to lead functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavioral Treatment Plans (BTPs). You will coordinate PRC reviews, monitor progress, and guide staff on positive behavior support within Arizona DDD requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing behavior treatment plans.
• Ability to coordinate PRC reviews and approvals per Arizona DDD requirements.
• Strong documentation, data collection, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Experience presenting plans to PRCs or answering rights-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop/update Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs).
• Coordinate plan submissions, PRC reviews, and required approvals.
• Monitor plans, evaluate progress, and adjust interventions.
• Train staff on plan implementation and de-escalation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and review incidents.
• Collaborate with guardians, coordinators, and staff to ensure rights-focused care.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to improve safety and quality of life.
