As a School-Based Behavior Technician, you'll support students in educational settings by implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development, behavioral regulation, and meaningful participation in the school day.
Success in this role is defined by:
Hourly Rate:$21.00-$26.00
Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills. Additional compensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.
We offer $250 external referral bonuses for Behavior Technician referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.
