Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network's SAILS Washington unit in Olympia seeks a Behavior Support Program Manager to lead daily Residential Services operations and ensure high-quality behavioral supports. You will collaborate with the Residential Services Director, Area Director and staff to implement person-centered plans and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include developing and updating PBSPs, training staff, collecting data, participating in care plan meetings, and leading investigations of abuse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field.
• Experience providing behavioral support to individuals with Autism or Intellectual Disabilities.
• Background check required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Residential Services.
• Develop and update PBSPs; participate in yearly PCSP meetings.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data; train staff on PBSPs.
• Ensure plans are written and reviewed within required timelines; lead investigations of abuse/neglect.
