Job summary

SAILS Washington, part of the Redwood Family Care Network, seeks a Clinical Behavior Program Manager in Everett, WA. Must hold BCBA/LPC/MFT/LBA/BCaBA certification and lead PBSP development, data collection, and staff training.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver person-centered services. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus a retention bonus of up to $6,000, with benefits and a mission-driven work

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related field serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience providing behavioral tech support to individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Fingerprints and criminal clearance prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Create and implement behavior support protocols tailored to each client.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train direct staff to PBSP and review data weekly for proper tracking.
• Produce, review, and modify PBSPs as needed.
• Provide training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee meetings and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Behavior Support Director and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Conduct referrals screening and initial intake assessments.
• Enter behavior data into Excel or tracking software for reporting.
