Job summary

Hope Services in California seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of individualized behavior support services for individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role ensures compliance with regulations and leads a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality, person-centered outcomes.

The position requires a four-year degree in a related field, at least five years of supervisory experience, and an active RBT credential.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health or related setting.
  • Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from BACB.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the Enhanced Behavior Modification Program across operations.
  • Oversee assessment, planning, and implementation of enhanced behavior support services, ensuring plans are evidence-based and trauma-informed.
  • Supervise RBTs, BCBA staff, and program staff.
  • Ensure Behavior Support Plans comply with regulations and licensing standards.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and quality assurance activities.
  • Lead staff training on behavioral strategies, de-escalation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with families, residential providers, schools, and funding agencies.
  • Maintain records and reports for compliance and program improvement.
