Caregiver is a leading Texas-based provider of services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) that supports clients with personalized treatment plans. We are looking for a Behavior Support Provider to join our team!

The role involves direct services, adherence to Texas HHSC regulations, and collaboration with treatment teams. A master’s degree and Texas licensure (LPC, LPC-A, BCBA, or LCSW) are required, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field.
• Licensed to practice in Texas as LPC, LPC-Associate, BCBA, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Write, implement and monitor behavior support plans compliant with HHSC guidelines.
• Provide counseling and skills training for individuals with IDD.
• Educate staff on behavior supports and functional behavioral analysis concepts.

Education
