Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paraprofessional test or an associate degree preferred.
• Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional support under teacher direction.
• Assist in classroom management and implement class rules.
• Supervise students in hallways, lunchrooms, and during activities.
• Escort and assist students to restrooms, specials, and bus departures.
• Maintain student data, health logs, and incident reports.
• Communicate progress to teachers, parents and administrators.
• Support students with IEP goals and behavioral plans as directed.
