You will collaborate with staff to implement behavior strategies, monitor progress, and assist in creating a positive learning environment for diverse students at the Maize school site.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Have a current TB test
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Are strong team players
• Possess basic computer and math skills
• Must enjoy a fast pace environment
• Can spend 80% of their day standing and 20% walking
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance/punctuality

Responsibilities

• Paraeducators work closely with teachers to provide extra support to students.
• PBS paraeducator works with students whose behavior impacts their ability to learn to a significant degree.
