Qualifications
Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans.
Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data-driven assessments.
Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans.
Collect, track, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
Provide consultation, modeling, and training to staff and caregivers.
Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
Participate in team meetings for person-centered planning.
Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
