Job summary

Qualifications

• Alternative qualification options (Master Teacher courses or BACB RBT) accepted.
• Experience with behavioral interventions and data collection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
• Collect and interpret behavioral data for team decisions.
• Participate in ARD/MTSS/FBA/BIP meetings as appropriate.
• Assist with crisis intervention following district procedures.
• Collaborate to implement replacement behaviors and reinforcement systems.
• Deliver staff development on classroom management and behavior interventions.
• Support families regarding behavioral concerns.
