Job summary

COLOR THE SPECTRUM LLC is seeking a qualified supervisor to provide clinical support, case management, and staff supervision for ABA services across homes, schools, clinics, or community settings. The role supports BCBA oversight and enhances client outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs, assist in assessments and BIPs, monitor data, and train caregivers in behavior-change strategies. Flexible work-from-home options are available to fit scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field; or active enrollment in a graduate ABA program.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain active physical postures.

Role Summary

Goal: Ensure high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians during direct sessions.
• Clinical Support: Assist BCBAs with behavioral assessments, skill acquisition plans, and updating behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Data Management: Review session notes, monitor data collection, and track client progress trends.
• Family Collaboration: Conduct parent consultations and train caregivers on implementing behavior change strategies.
• Direct Care: Provide hands-on behavioral services to clients when required by the treatment plan.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in a related field (psychology, education, special education, social work) or active enrollment in a graduate program with specific ABA coursework.
• Experience: Typically 1+ years of experience providing ABA or behavioral services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Certification: Often pursuing or preparing for BCBA/BCaBA certification, with accrued supervised hours. [1]
