ACHIEVE NY is seeking a Behavior Specialist Technician to provide direct behavioral support, data collection, and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team. The position is full-time, with a hourly wage of $20.94–$26.00, located in Broome County, NY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in OPWDD-funded services or similar human services setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data per Behavior Support Plans.
• Carry out clinical assessments and complete admin tasks.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Implement and model strategies from Behavior Support Plans.
• Maintain tracking systems and caseload documentation.
• Attend Life Plan and PPT meetings to report behavior data.
