Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as School, Clinical, Developmental or Counseling Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Speech Therapy or related field.
• PA K-12 certification required.
• PA Behavioral Specialist License required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical or mental health setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individual student goals for social and behavioral skills.
• Provide behavioral interventions and design/evaluate behavior management systems.
• Lead crisis management activities and de-escalation efforts.
• Coordinate social skills groups, bully prevention and replacement behaviors.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in inter-agency meetings as needed.
• Assist with data collection and Functional Behavioral Assessments.
