Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help children develop communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based methods. You’ll work at homes, centers, or in the community with a supportive team and clear growth paths.

No two days are the same in this flexible, on-the-go role, and you’ll receive paid training and career milestones to guide your development.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and participate in paid training.
