Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You may work at a child’s home, one of our centers, or in the community, with support from clinical leaders and personalized plans.

You don’t need prior experience; we provide paid training, a flexible on-the-go schedule, and opportunities for growth and advancement within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, in centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins that lead to growth.
