Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
Two years’ experience working with people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Behavioral and Support Plans.
Conduct behavioral assessments at Provider homes.
Attend team meetings to ensure behavioral needs are met.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
Two years’ experience with IDD
Effective communication skills in English
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of Social Security, Medicaid/Medicare benefits
Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills
Organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background checks
Valid US Driver’s License
Education
