Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC in Delaware County, PA seeks a Behavior Specialist (per-diem with a path to full-time) to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in homes and communities. Hybrid: work from home plus community visits.

You will perform FBAs, design Behavior Support Plans, coach families and staff, collect data, and adapt plans as needs evolve. Travel is required; mileage is reimbursed. This role offers paid training and a clear path to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism.
• Travel to Delaware County, PA and adjacent areas for daytime visits.
• Master's degree or PA license or bachelor's degree with supervision pathway.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Plan Design: conduct FBAs and craft Behavior Support Plans.
• Team Collaboration & Education: train and align caregivers and care teams.
• Direct Coaching & Implementation: teach skills during home/community visits.
• Data Tracking & Plan Evolution: monitor progress and update plans.
• Advocacy & Human Rights: develop fading plans and present to committees.
