Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC in Delaware County, PA, is seeking a compassionate Behavior Specialist for a per‑diem role with a clear path to full‑time employment. Hybrid: work from home plus in‑community visits.

You will conduct FBAs, develop Behavior Support Plans, coach families and staff, track data, and advocate for participants with ID/Autism to maximize independence and dignity. Mileage reimbursed and training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism.
• Ability to travel in Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas.
• Strong collaboration and training skills for care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and design individualized Behavior Support Plans.
• Collaborate with families, Supports Coordinators, and care teams; train staff.
• Direct coaching in homes/community to teach new skills and support strategies.
• Collect and review data; update plans as needs change.
• Advocate for participant rights and develop fading plans for restrictive interventions.
