Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support kids in home, center, and community settings. You’ll use play, strategies, and evidence-based care to build communication, social, and life skills while following plans from our clinical leaders.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and ongoing support. Expect a consistent weekday schedule with some Saturdays, plus tuition reimbursement and a collaborative team culture that values growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.
