Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You may work at a child’s home, at one of our centers, or in the community, bringing energy and compassion to every session.

You will follow individualized plans from clinical leaders, celebrate small wins, and thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role with opportunities for paid training and career growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with client.

Responsibilities
