Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions may be at a child’s home, in one of our centers, or in the community, and you’ll follow plans designed by our clinical leaders.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training, career growth milestones, and a vibrant team culture with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Vaccinations proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).

Responsibilities

• Use play, games and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session, at home, in centers, or in the community.
