Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills using play, games, and evidence-based strategies.

You'll work at a child’s home, at our centers, or in community settings with a flexible schedule. No prior experience required; we provide paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a clear growth path while you light up lives.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session — whether it’s at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community.
