Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based techniques. Sessions occur at homes, centers, or in the community, following clinical plans and celebrating small wins for growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) – CA mandate.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Provide sessions at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders and celebrate small wins toward big growth.
