Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist. You will use play-based, evidence-informed strategies to help children develop essential communication, social, and life skills in diverse settings—home, centers, and community.

You’ll follow growth-oriented plans from clinical leaders, celebrate small wins, and thrive in a flexible role that supports ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability incl. Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, centers, or in the community.
