Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) recruits a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills using play-based strategies. Sessions occur at home, in centers, or in the community, following clinician plans and celebrating small wins.

You don’t need prior experience; training and a mapped career path are provided, with a focus on growth, flexibility, and impact on families.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) as CA mandates.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication and social skills.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating small wins.
