Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based methods. Sessions occur at home, in centers, or in the community, with supportive supervision from clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) per CA mandates.
• Flexible availability, including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes/centers.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to build kids' communication, social, and life skills.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and track progress.
