Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Specialist in Spokane, WA to provide clinical and case management support under BCBA supervision. You will help onboard and evaluate behavioral direct care staff, including supervision of technicians and coordination with the Clinical Supervisor.

The role requires credentials in ABA (BCBA/BCaBA or licensed where applicable), experience with autism, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• BCaBA or licensed ABA license where required
• Minimum one year supervised experience with children with autism
• Proficient communication with clients, families, and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Oversee Behavior Technicians and supervise caseload
• Conduce face-to-face supervision for assigned caseload
• Train staff and families on behavior plans
• Monitor progress and report to Clinical Supervisor
