Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Activity Coordinator to plan and lead programs that meet residents' social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical needs.

You will complete assessments, build calendars, and plan community events with staff, families and residents, while supporting group and one-on-one activities such as arts, outings and educational programs. 1 year SNF experience preferred.
