Paycom - ATS in Columbia, SC is seeking a part-time Behavioral Modification Staff member for the Therapeutic Foster Care program. You will implement behavior modification plans, collect data, and collaborate with case managers, DSS workers, therapists, and teachers to support youth toward treatment goals.

Must reside in Florence, Darlington, or nearby areas. A high school diploma is required; degrees in psychology or social work are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or education is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Implement Behavior Modification Plans: Carry out strategies to reduce problematic behaviors and encourage positive alternatives.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Monitor and record behavioral data to assess progress and inform adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work with foster parents, case manager, DSS worker, therapists, and teachers for consistency.
• Training and Support: Guide caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies.
• Crisis Management: Respond to behavioral crises following established protocols.
