Join Our Dynamic Rite of Passage Team as a Behavior Mentor at Rite Path, Tempe, AZ, a community rooted in a rich agricultural history and known for cultivating growth both in its fields and in the lives of Youth-by fostering positive change and empowerment.
The Behavior Mentor works as a staff member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic. The behavior mentor shall provide case management and individual life skills services to clients and their teams according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan.

To be considered you should: Possess a Bachelor’s (preferred) or associate degree in a related behavioral or mental health field ~ 1 year of working in a behavioral health setting ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
