San Pasqual Academy is located on a private campus with classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Residential staff and house parents mentor and tutor students, teach independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in exploring career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills.
Pay: $27.00 per hour; $1000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Clinical position paid out at 3 and 6 Months.

What you will do: You will be responsible for providing mental health rehabilitation and support services to residents to ensure stability and successful transition back to the community. You will participate in developing and monitoring each resident’s individual treatment plan and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, medical/mental health providers, and other institutions.
To be considered: Candidates must demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens. They must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. Additionally, candidates are required to hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
