Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.
• Support classroom engagement for scholars needing extra love, including behavior plans and referrals.
• Support scholar engagement through progress monitoring and data entry.
• Sit in MTSS and attendance teams to analyze data and create support plans.
• Lead small group character development and social skills lessons using research-based curricula.
• Engage families through coordinating and attending family meetings and daily calls regarding behavior incidents.
