Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral leadership and staff development focused on evidence-based behavioral practices.
  • Models evidenced-based behavior supports while working directly with students.
  • Coaches and consults with staff and administrators on positive behavior supports for individual students.
  • Identifies behavioral escalation and implements effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Monitors staff fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans and observes interventions for accuracy.
