Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring a Behavior Interventionist Specialist to support children with autism in both in-home and clinic settings using ABA. This part-time role offers flexible mornings, afternoons, and early evenings with pay ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Required is a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of ABA experience, plus reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Travel within a 20–40 mile radius is expected.

Pay & Schedule

• $24.00-$28.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 2 years of ABA experience (Required)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
