Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a clinician to conduct assessments and coordinate care for individuals with ASD, IDD, or mental illness in various community settings.

You will collaborate with supervisors, families, and staff; implement Behavior Intervention Plans; maintain records; and participate in team meetings. A BCBA/BCaBA or relevant experience with behavioral supports is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or learning and developmental psychology.
• 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and transitions between seated/standing.
• Texas: Licensed Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patients' needs.
• Communicate between supervisors, care staff, family members, guardians, and others regarding progress.
• Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations.
• Coordinate home, work, and community visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress notes.
• Organize training to certify staff in BSP and documentation sheets.
• Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for ongoing support.
• Maintain strong clinical records and liaise with public health community.
• Assist in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Complete continued education on behavior-based interventions.
