Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and paid training.

Pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with travel to client locations within a 20-40 mile radius. A High School Diploma and active RBT certification are required. Bilingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
