Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Los Angeles is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBT required) to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. We offer paid training and a meaningful impact, with a part-time schedule and flexible afternoons/evenings.

You will conduct 1:1 ABA sessions, travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure progress and a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client sites.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay & Schedule

$24.00–$26.00 per hour

Part-time role

Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
