Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBT required) in California for part-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings, using ABA and with paid training provided.

Travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius and collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, Active RBT certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 mi radius).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.

Pay & Schedule

$24.00–$26.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
