Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Interventionist in Bellflower, CA. Part-time shifts with evening weekdays and some weekend hours offer meaningful work with children and teens who have developmental disabilities.

You will implement ABA plans under supervision and help clients grow through structured activities and data-driven progress tracking. Paid training, mileage reimbursement, and pathway to full-time hours are provided where center needs and your availability align.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
• Track Progress – collect and record data to measure growth.
• Foster Learning and Growth – use structured activities to help clients reach potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – work with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain Professional Standards – follow HIPAA and company policies.
