Job summary

Cross Country Education in Palos Verdes, CA is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to provide 1:1 and classroom-based ABA-supported behavior help to preschoolers. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, reinforce positive behaviors, and assist with transitions and daily routines.

Responsibilities include supporting data-driven interventions, maintaining a patient and respectful attitude, and collaborating with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) seminar or workshop.
• 2+ years of ABA-based behavioral support experience with preschool-aged children required, preferably with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Current CPI Certification preferred, and valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of early childhood development, classroom behavior management, ABA techniques, and appropriate student safety procedures.
