Tantasqua Regional School District is seeking a dedicated Integration Assistant - Behavior Interventionist at Brookfield Elementary School in Brookfield, MA. • Experience in education or providing behavioral and social-emotional interventions.
• Ability to implement social skills instruction, emotional regulation, and executive functioning support.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, staff, and students to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of student information and practice ethical standards.
• Provide individualized and small-group interventions focused on behavior and social-emotional goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain data related to behavioral goals.
• Attend Student Support Team and other student-focused meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and service providers to ensure consistent interventions.
• Assist with social-emotional and behavioral referral processes and BPIS plans.
• Conduct observations and collect behavioral data to inform planning.
• Support teachers in implementing positive behavioral strategies in the classroom.
• Participate in district-provided Safety Care training and maintain certification.
