Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: at least one completed college course, or currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
