Job summary

Intercare Therapy in West Covina, California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based support. No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

You will work 1:1 with children, help build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA, with a flexible part-time schedule mornings, afternoons, and early evenings; travel to client locations within 20–40 miles; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course, or currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
