Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in California is hiring a Behavior Interventionist – Empowerment Specialist to empower children and teens with developmental disabilities to grow, learn, and thrive. The role emphasizes 1:1 client support and evidence-based ABA practices in a warm, supportive environment.

This position offers pay from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a path to full-time, weekend incentives, and additional bonuses. Training is provided, and mileage and phone expenses are reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Provide Consistent Therapy with at least 15 hours per week
• Track Progress by collecting and recording data
• Foster Learning and Growth through structured activities
• Collaborate with Supervisors, families, and colleagues
• Maintain Professional Standards including HIPAA and mandated reporting

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00/per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-7:30PM

Now Hiring In: North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.

Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact

As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
